		<description>You&#039;re right, true innovators and leaders fit the creative mould you describe; think modern day examples like Richard Branson, Steve Jobs and Barrack Obama, all of which are hugely succesful of course, but have also faced, and continue to face, negativity and pain along the way, because of their free-thinking approach. 

Think of the recent examples of Obama with his health reforms and Jobs with the iPad, there will always be those who stand against change, but the belief they have in their vision and creativity, coupled with perseverence and determination, is what sets true leaders apart from the rest.</description>
