		<description>In the 21st century the changes in business environment are measured in days &amp; weeks, not years and decades. Just because it has been done one way for 30 years doesn&#039;t indicate stability but stagnation. What are the odds that in 30 years a more efficient and effective method of completing a task hasn&#039;t been stumbled upon, or invented and if it hasn&#039;t doesn&#039;t that indicate a lack of forward thinking and innovation. 

Best line I&#039;ve heard an older co-worker tell a client on the phone: &quot;Hold on I&#039;ll just print out this email and fax it to you..&quot;</description>
