		<description>I find that I spend the most amount of time with the clients who spend the least amount of money, ask for a million different options and shop around with competitors. 

I think time spent on customers should be calculated on a effort/reward basis. Once you better know your clients you can make an educated decision not to spend 5 hours on these timewasters in the first place.
